LODGING POLICIES
All reservations require a deposit of one night or 50% of the cost of your total stay (whichever is greater) at the time your reservation is made. The remaining balance is due upon your arrival. Reservations made within 14 days of your arrival date will be payable in full at the time of your booking.
Room rates are based on Double Occupancy per night. We welcome children ages 12 and older. Due to the nature of our environment and our client base, we are unable to accommodate children younger than 12 years of age. It is possible that we may be able to provide accommodations to additional guests for an added charge of $15 per person/per day. However, you must call us in advance to make special arrangements.
Reservations made during Peak Season for Weekends and/or Holidays may require a minimum two-night stay. Exceptions may be considered depending upon availability. Please call in advance to make any special requests.
If you plan to stay for one week or more, please contact us in advance for special weekly rates. The maximum number of consecutive nights you may stay with us is 30 nights.
A credit card must be maintained on file for all reservations. We accept MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & VISA. Your information always remains confidential and will never be shared.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
CANCELLATIONS
We have a limited number of guestrooms. Cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made no less than 3 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $35 processing fee per room. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) day notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
A 30-day cancellation notice is required for some holidays and special events. If such applies, you will be notified at the time of your booking.
CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. If you need to arrive outside of check-in times, please call to make special arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM
BREAKFAST
A full breakfast is served between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM. We have the unique privilege of serving fresh eggs from our own backyard chickens. Feel free to visit them while you are here. Several of them are quite friendly and enjoy eating treats from your hand. Of course, many of our girls do like to take a break from laying eggs during the colder months. We will substitute our eggs for local brown eggs when the girls are slacking.
You are welcome to help yourself to coffee & other self-serve items which are available at all times in the dining area. If you have any dietary restrictions, please call us prior to your arrival so that we may do our best to accommodate you.
SAFETY & SECURITY
This is a Non-smoking Establishment. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the premises. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Please use the sand buckets provided to dispose of your cigarette butts. There is a $200 per day charge for those guests who smoke anywhere inside the bed & breakfast. This charge is in addition to the rate for your room.
Additionally, we do not allow open flames in any of our rooms. The burning of candles and/or incense is prohibited.
Each room has a keyed deadbolt lock for your security and that of your personal belongings. Please place all your personal belongings within your room and lock your door when you are not attending your room. Do not leave your key in the door. Please return your key upon check-out. We regret we cannot be responsible for any valuables or articles left in guestrooms or on premises.
OTHER
No Pets allowed, no matter how friendly they are. Please call for assistance in making arrangements to board your pet(s).
Quiet Hours: It is our goal to treat you to a relaxing stay with us. Therefore, we do have Quiet Hours from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. Please be courteous of others during these nighttime moments.
Personal Items: We understand that you may have decided to stay with us at the spur of the moment. In addition to the standard supplies in your guestroom, we have miscellaneous toiletries available. Please let us know your needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We are welcoming you into our home. We appreciate the care that you extend to the guestrooms as well as the public areas. Should any damage occur within your guestroom or common areas, we reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacement of the damaged items.
Wake-Up Service: Alarm clocks are located on the nightstand in each guestroom. We would be most pleased to treat you to a wake-up call.
