This Weekend in Hershey: Park Days, Garden Blooms & Concert Nights
If you’re visiting soon, spring is showing off in a big way—rides are spinning, flowers are blooming, and summer music season is right around the corner. Here are a few timely ideas for your stay.
Hersheypark is Open Friday–Sunday
Hersheypark is currently operating on a Friday–Saturday–Sunday schedule, which makes it perfect for a quick weekend trip. If you can, arrive early on Saturday, or consider a Friday evening visit for a slightly calmer start to your getaway.
Hershey Gardens is Blooming
For a slower-paced afternoon, Hershey Gardens is one of my favorite places to visit in spring. The seasonal displays are in full color, and the indoor Butterfly Atrium is a great option if the weather turns breezy or rainy.
Summer Concerts at Hersheypark Stadium
Hersheypark Stadium’s summer concert season is a big highlight—perfect for turning your stay into a “dinner + show” weekend. If you’re coming for a concert, booking nearby can make the night much easier (no long drive home after the encore). Be sure to check the current stadium event calendar when planning your dates.
